Orders and Shipping
We ship everything by USPS Priority Mail so most shipments travel from our facility to you or your dealer in about 2-3 days.
Please use the “My Account” link at the bottom of every page on this website to create or access your website account.
You can log into your account if you have one, or contact us as soon as possible with the change to your shipping address.

We do not keep any credit card information, but the credit card processor that we use does keep the card details.
We do not charge a Sales Tax in Oregon. We have just about every other Tax, but not a Sales Tax.
As long as your country is the United States of America, and no other country.
Most orders are shipped in one package, though some large orders may take multiple packages. We may also split your order into multiple shipments.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We allow a 7-day review and inspection period in which you can return the product(s) for a full refund less original shipping charges and a 20% restocking feee.
Please return it as quickly as possible and we will reimburse the cost of return shipping, plus replace or refund the incorrect part(s).

Please contact us as quickly as possible to update your shipping address with the correct information.
You can change or cancel your order up until it has been shipped – which means the order has been boxed, a shipping label has been affixed and the order status is changed to “Completed”.
If a product can be backordered, then it will be shown as that status and approximately how long to ship.
